WHAT WE ARE ABOUT!

We are proud of our scores on State Assessments, but our mission is much more than that.  We seek to energize kids to think and problem solve, and Liberty’s staff is working to build a team where the students are active participants in their learning community.  As a part of this mission, we are embracing Common Core Standards because we believe the higher-order thinking skills reflect what we value as important for students—no matter their calling.  We also challenge our students to grow as individuals by helping the community and working together for common causes…and that “cause” just might be a competition with a neighboring class.
